Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "zsz777", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the zsz777 platform at zsz777.org and all associated services, products, and sub-platforms operated thereunder.
• "Platform" means the zsz777 website accessible at zsz777.org, including all sub-pages, game lobbies, sportsbook interfaces, account management portals, and mobile-optimised versions thereof.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the zsz777 Platform and uses any service, product, or feature available thereon.
• "Account" means the individual user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the zsz777 registration and verification process.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game, sports event, live casino table, or other betting market available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, deposit match, cashback, or other promotional benefit offered by zsz777 to Players under specific qualifying conditions.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process conducted by zsz777 pursuant to its regulatory obligations and internal compliance policies.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency in which transactions are processed on the zsz777 Platform for Pakistani players.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the zsz777 Platform is prohibited under applicable local law.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the zsz777 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any Bet or Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional game-specific, promotion-specific, or product-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the zsz777 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the zsz777 Platform is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during the period in which you maintain an active Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. zsz777 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years and does not permit any individual below this age to register an Account, place any Bet, or access any real-money gaming feature on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contractual obligations under the laws of your country of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of zsz777 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the zsz777 Platform or any platform operated by an affiliated entity.

zsz777 reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, and at any subsequent point where reasonable doubt as to the Player's age arises. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within a reasonable timeframe specified by zsz777 will result in Account suspension pending verification.

Account Registration & KYC

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the zsz777 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

4.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including but not limited to your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your Account details in the event of any change.

4.2 KYC Verification Documents

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, zsz777 will require you to complete the KYC verification process by submitting satisfactory copies of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification document.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or other official document issued within the past three months confirming your residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the payment method used for deposits (JazzCash wallet, EasyPaisa account, bank account) is registered in your name.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party, and you must notify zsz777 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. zsz777 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the zsz777 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zsz777 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK.

5.1 Deposits

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. zsz777 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
• Deposits are generally credited to the Player's Account balance immediately upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.
• zsz777 does not charge transaction fees on deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own charges independently of zsz777.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit and registered in the Player's own name. zsz777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of the KYC verification process. Unverified Accounts will not have withdrawal requests processed until verification is complete.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no stated maximum withdrawal limit per transaction for verified Accounts, though enhanced due diligence checks may apply to large withdrawal requests.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for fully verified Accounts are targeted for processing within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK) are targeted for processing within one business day of approval.
• zsz777 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Bonuses & Promotions

zsz777 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploitation of any error or technical fault — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
• zsz777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the protection of legitimate expectations where a Player has already commenced satisfying the relevant wagering requirements.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new Players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unfulfilled bonuses will expire and be removed from the Account upon the expiry of the stated validity period.
• zsz777 reserves the right to request additional verification from any Player in connection with a bonus claim before crediting or releasing bonus funds.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the zsz777 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sports market, or betting product, as published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms and Conditions, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that product only.

• All bets are final once confirmed. zsz777 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or void confirmed bets except in the circumstances expressly described in the applicable product rules (for example, where a sporting event is abandoned prior to completion).
• Bets placed on markets that are subsequently found to have been offered in error — including where incorrect odds were published due to a technical malfunction or human error — may be voided by zsz777 at its reasonable discretion. Players will be notified of any such voidance and all stakes will be returned.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without notice. zsz777 accepts no liability for bets not placed due to temporary market suspension.
• The outcome of all casino games is determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-run averages across a statistically significant number of game rounds and do not guarantee returns in any individual gaming session.
• zsz777 reserves the right to void any bet placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means, including unauthorised use of payment instruments.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the zsz777 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account using false or third-party personal information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit any game or market.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino, poker, or any other multiplayer environment to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing zsz777 staff or other Players through any communication channel provided by the Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that zsz777 reasonably determines to constitute fraud, deception, or manipulation of the Platform's systems or operations.

Intellectual Property

All content on the zsz777 Platform — including but not limited to the zsz777 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software code, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of zsz777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zsz777 Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of zsz777.

Privacy & Data Protection

zsz777 is committed to protecting the personal data of all Players in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information is governed in detail by the zsz777 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction herewith.

By registering an Account on zsz777, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and the provision of platform services.

Responsible Gaming

zsz777 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following responsible gaming provisions are mandatory and non-waivable:

• The minimum age requirement of 21 years is strictly enforced without exception.
• All Players have the right to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time. Such limits take effect immediately upon activation.
• Players may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which the Account will be temporarily suspended and no deposits or bets may be placed.
• Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the zsz777 Platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed with immediate effect and are irrevocable for a minimum period of six months.

Account Suspension & Termination

zsz777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Any regulatory instruction or legal requirement to do so.

Upon Account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC verification and fraud checks.

A Player may also request voluntary closure of their own Account at any time by contacting zsz777 customer support. Voluntary Account closure requests will be processed within two business days of receipt.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zsz777 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from or in connection with your use of the zsz777 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform due to technical faults, maintenance, or circumstances beyond zsz777's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or content displayed on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate due to a technical error.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by zsz777's proven gross negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of zsz777's gaming licence authority and the internationally recognised legal principles applicable to online gaming operators.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and zsz777 arising from these Terms and Conditions or from any gaming activity on the Platform, the Player must first contact zsz777 customer support in writing to attempt informal resolution. zsz777 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any complaint within 14 business days of receipt of written notice.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated by zsz777's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available upon request from zsz777 customer support.

Amendments to These Terms

zsz777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they meaningfully alter the rights or obligations of Players — zsz777 will provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Players via email.

Your continued use of the zsz777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.

The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version of these Terms and Conditions came into force.
